RETURN/REFUND POLICY: Any product returned must be returned unused and in it's original packaged condition. Refund will be issued after the product is received and inspected and determined eligible for refund. Please contact us before returning an item for a RA (return authorization) number. If there is no RA number is written on box a refund will not be issued. Shipping costs will not be included in refund.
